How to Bind your Milnco/USLI Online or Phone Quote
- Coverage is not bound until USLI and Milnco confirm bound
 - Coverage requested bound outside of Milnco office hours will not be forwarded to USLI for binding until the following business day
- Milnco office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST and we are closed for all Statutory Holidays
 
 - Ensure you have completed the "Prior to Bind" items and check boxes within the quote
 - Email a copy of the quote and all bind items to commercial@milnco.ca with "BIND USLI - NAMED INSURED" in the subject line
- NOTE: Request to bind can only be done through Milnco
 
 - Provide confirmation of the Insured's mailing address (if quote was done without this being provided)
 - Confirm name/address for any additional insured's/loss payees
 - Confirm if the Insured is choosing Agency Bill, or Direct/Company Bill.
- Please reiterate to your insured that the Direct/Company Bill option is not an automatic withdrawal payment plan. The Insured will have to initiate their payments directly with USLI
